For the health and safety of our students, as well as to fulfill state requirements, several information and authorization forms are required as part of our registration process. Once a year fill out one "Registration" and one "Information, Emergency and Authorization" form per child and one "Contract" form per family.
Please print forms and turn them in on registration day, put them in the Afterschool Drawer in the office, mail them to the address on the form or email them to Catarina Hunter at firstname.lastname@example.org Payment can be done online or via check.
NEW - You can Register online using the form below. Then go to the class tab to make your payment. You can also fill out your RAS contract online. The Information, Emergency and Authorization form is not available as an online form. Please turn in per the instructions above.
